Infusion Now Platform is a custom-built digital community and learning management solution designed to help organizations share content and engage their members effectively. The platform enables administrators to create and manage courses, lessons, and video-based learning content, organize users into cohorts, and control access based on membership.
It also includes a unified notification system that delivers announcements and alerts to users across both the web platform and mobile applications, ensuring consistent communication and engagement within the community.
Problem
The organization's growing community was fragmented across multiple disconnected tools — separate systems for course delivery, member communication, and content management. Administrators lacked a centralized way to organize learners into cohorts, control membership-based access, or push unified notifications across web and mobile, leading to low engagement, inconsistent messaging, and unsustainable administrative overhead.
